- Measure your ingredients correctly. Like for example use a spoon to fill up your measuring cup instead of just directly scooping it out.
- Use good quality ingredients. Cheap ingredients may be easy on pocket but for a delicious taste, don’t compromise on quality.
- Don’t open the oven while they’re baking. I know, we all get excited when we can smell the cupcakes getting baked but patience is the key. Opening the oven door will disturb the temperature and will affect the overall result.
- Don’t over bake. This will result in hard and dry cupcakes.
- Once out of the oven, cover them with aluminum foil or a cloth to help them retain some moisture from heat.
